Delete your T-Marriage account
T-Marriage is operated by Mun Cyber Technologies, Inc.
This page explains how to delete a T-Marriage account. You can read these steps without signing in. This page does not delete an account by itself.
Delete in the app
- Open the T-Marriage app and sign in.
- Open Profile.
- Under Settings, choose Delete account.
- Enter Password, or choose Email a code and then enter the Code sent to the email on the account.
- Choose Delete account. Cancel leaves the account in place.
Delete on the website
- Sign in on the T-Marriage website.
- Open Profile or Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Under Delete my account, enter Password, or choose Email a code and then enter the Code sent to the email on the account.
- Choose Delete my account.
Request deletion without the app
Email [email protected] from the email address on the account. Use the subject Delete my account. Mun Cyber Technologies, Inc. deletes the T-Marriage account after confirming the message came from that address. You do not need the app for this request.
What is deleted
Deletion permanently removes the account and the rows that point at it. That includes your profile, photos, likes, matches, messages, and notifications.
What is kept
Reports you filed are kept without your name. The reason stays on the report. A report about the account is kept without a link to the account. Feedback you sent is kept without a link to the account.
Subscriptions
Cancel an active subscription from Settings before you delete the account. Deleting an account does not refund a charge that was already made.
