T-Marriage

T-Marriage child safety standards

T-Marriage is operated by Mun Cyber Technologies, Inc.

These are the published standards of Mun Cyber Technologies, Inc. against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on T-Marriage, including the T-Marriage website at tmarriage.com and the T-Marriage apps for iPhone and Android.

Adults 18 and older only

T-Marriage is a dating and marriage service for adults. No one under 18 may create an account or use the service. Every member gives a birth date at sign-up, and accounts under 18 are refused. A live selfie check is required before a profile can be found in search or anyone can like or message someone, and a government ID check may also be required. Accounts that appear to belong to a minor are suspended.

Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

Mun Cyber Technologies, Inc. has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind. This applies to profiles, photos, videos, voice messages, chat messages, and calls.

What is prohibited

  • Any image, video, audio, or text that sexualizes a minor, including drawn, edited, or computer-generated material.
  • Sharing, requesting, selling, or linking to CSAM.
  • Grooming, which means trying to build trust with a minor, or with an adult to reach a minor, for sexual contact or exploitation.
  • Sextortion, and any threat or pressure to get sexual images of a minor.
  • Trafficking or offering a minor for sex or marriage.
  • Using T-Marriage while under 18, or helping a minor make or use an account.

How to report

In the T-Marriage app:

  • Open the person's profile and choose Report. Pick a reason, such as Underage or Inappropriate photos, add details, and choose Submit report. You can also choose Also block this person.
  • In a chat, open the chat menu (the three dots at the top) and choose Report. Pick a reason, add details, and choose Send report.

On the website, choose Report on the person's profile. You can also email [email protected] with the subject Child safety report. You do not need an account to report by email. Please do not attach or forward images of a child. Describe what you saw and where, and we will act on it.

If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number first. You can also report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org.

How we find and review it

Before a photo is saved to a profile or sent in chat, it is checked by OpenAI and Sightengine for sexual content, including content involving minors. A photo that fails the check is not posted, and some photos are held for review by our team. Our team reviews every report, including reports marked Underage, and flagged content.

What we do

  • We remove CSAE content and CSAM as soon as we find it or it is reported.
  • We permanently ban the accounts involved.
  • We preserve evidence as required by law.
  • We report apparent CSAM to NCMEC through its CyberTipline, as required by US law (18 U.S.C. 2258A).
  • We cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.
